Ho imparato a sciare al Terminillo, e per me fino ad oggi la sella del vento era solo la partenza delle sciate in questa stazione sciistica… da oggi invece rappresenta una piacevolissima esperienza, cibo ottimo, personale gentilissimo, prezzo onesto. Menù fisso con piatti abbondanti e saporiti, le fregnacce con funghi e olive, la polenta al cinghiale, lo stinco, gli antipasti… tutto davvero ottimo. Ambiente caratteristico con una vista fantastica sulla montagna innevata.
Abbiamo trovato questo ristorante, anzi questa baita di montagna su Google, era quella con le migliori recensioni. Abbiamo chiesto agli abitanti del luogo e ci hanno confermato la bontà della cucina con una terrazza e vista mozzafiato. Spinti da così tanto entusiasmo siamo andati e la realtà ha superato le aspettative. Il locandiere di un educazione e cordialità unica, piatti buonissimi, abbiamo preso le pappardelle al fagiano, mai assaggiate sono rimasto estasiato, lo stinco, piatto per 2 persone che mangeresti anche da solo, le patate buonissime e poi la torta di mele cotogne e mandarino una delizia. In più senza neanche chiederlo ci ha fatto lo sconto, io non so più cosa scrivere, parlano le foto, questa domenica ci andranno altri amici biker perché gli ho detto che andranno sul sicuro. Veramente i miei complimenti.
Rifugio molto bello alle pendici del Terminillo. Caratteristico sia nella posizione che nell’arredamento. Il personale è davvero molto gentile e cordiale. Servizio veloce e qualità del cibo ottima. Davvero un punto di riferimento se volete passare una bella giornata in montagna all’insegna del sole, della natura e del buon cibo e bella compagnia.
